Agilysys acquires property management software business ResortSuite for $25m

The acquisition will see Agilysys' software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions become available for ResortSuite's customers, offering contactless payments and hotel management products to the hospitality industry.

“Only a handful of technology providers have the experience and expertise to offer robust, comprehensive and end-to-end integrated property management solutions which can help run complex resort environments and enable enjoyable guest experiences,” said Ramesh Srinivasan, president and CEO of Agilysys.

“This acquisition combines two such providers creating the most compelling hospitality technology unit serving the resort market.”

The all-cash deal is set to close in January 2022, subject to closing conditions.

The Canada-based ResortSuite offers property management solutions across a wide range of sectors within the hospitality industry.
