Pragmatic Play has become one of the first games providers to obtain a supplier licence in the Bahamas. Awarded by the Gaming Board For The Bahamas, the new licence will enable the company to expand its reach globally and access new customers. Earlier this year, Pragmatic Play secured a remote licence in the UK, while the firm also holds licences in Italy, Malta and Romania. Yossi Barzely, head of business development at Pragmatic Play, said: “The Bahamas licence represents another step forward in our global strategy to capitalise on the increasing regulation in local markets. “This allows us to service even these niche jurisdictions with ‘go-to’ gaming products from day one and continue to help our customers increase revenues.” Related article: Pragmatic Play picks up remote licence in UK
